ACQUAVITIS - The impact of moderate water deficit in “Refošk” grapes

To determine the impact of managed moderate water deficit on yield and quality in "Refošk" grapes, we studied two deficit irrigation regimes (20% and 50% ET_C) on yield parameters and basic maturation, but mainly on the polyphenol content, composition and extractability.
