Project partners are: Agricultural Institute of Slovenija, University of Trieste, University of Udine, University of Nova Gorica, Municipality of Komen, Confesercenti Venezia.
This project aims at helping stakeholders to implement modern approaches to the production of traditional karst products (introduction of vineyards monitoring applications e-Karst, optimization of processes for the production of wine and karst prosciutto). The project's main goal is to improve / unify quality and elevate competitiveness, while reducing the negative impact on the environment and lowering costs.
