In frame of the project "NEX AID - Cross-border network of emergency medical care systems and mass disaster management", that is funded by the ERDF under the program Interreg VA Italia - Slovenia 2014 - 2020, Health Center Nova Gorica implemented a simulation of an exceptional security event (field exercise of a mass accident "AMOK 2021") in the end of 2021.
All Slovenian partners of the project (Emergency Center of the General Hospital Izola and Emergency Center of the General Hospital Jesenice) participated in the event, as well as Italian partners Azienda ULSS 3 Serenissima, Comune di Venezia and Azienda sanitaria universitaria Giuliano Isontina (ASU GI) as observers.
