Slovenian partners in the DIVA project successfully conducted an online workshop to promote cooperation between SMEs and CCIs for the Slovenian program area. In the introduction, the participants - more than fifty online - were greeted by the Mayor of the Municipality of Nova Gorica, Mr Klemen Miklavič, the representative of SVRK, Mrs Simona Hočevar and Mrs Petra Kežman, Head of the Sector for Public Diplomacy and International Cooperation in Culture at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. To the participants were presented the current course and results of the DIVA project and future activities, in particular the call for proposals for pilot projects, which is expected to be published by the end of the year. Subsequently, the workshop participants were introduced to the concepts of Art and Design thinking, as well as concrete examples of artists' participation in innovation in industry. In the second part of the workshop they actively participated in the practical presentation of the work according to the Value Proposition Canvas method, included in the “DIVA Cooperation Model”.
The event was also marked by the official opening of the Slovenian regional DIVA HUB, which is represented by several units: ekscenter Nova Gorica, Arctur Huture Space, GZS - creative room, TPLJ - Creative factory, Creative kamRRA e PTP – KREApoint.
