Last week (August 17, 2022), a meeting entitled "Prevendemmiale Assoenologi FVG 2022" took place in the new research center Vivai Cooperativi di Rauscedo (VCR) in San Giorgio della Richinvelda (Italy). Prof. Paolo Sivilotti from the University of Udine presented to the participants the data and results of some experimental experiments on the Pinot Gris variety and the use of the decision support system DSS VintelĀ®, in the Acquavitis project, with which we wanted to check how different levels of water deficit affect the different phenophases of the vine - from flowering to ripening - on the production and quality of grapes and wines. The event was also attended by Ricardo Cotarella, National President of Assoenologi, Mateo Lovo, President of Assenologi FVG and Eugenio Sartori, General Manager of VCR. The complete programme is in the attachment.
