Showcooking and blind tests in Slovenia: tastings were organized at KZ Agraria stores on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 August with products from the field and aquaponics thanks to the collaboration with Masterchef Slovenja chef Darko Klemen and a blind was organized comparison test on the field salad against that of aquaponics, which showed that there are no differences between the 2 products. We have told consumers that there is the possibility of producing landless food through aquaponics. For the sake of future generations we are always looking for alternative methods for food production, not based on intensive cultivation of the soil. Thanks to aquaponics, in fact, in symbiosis with fish farming, with low environmental impact, with reduced water consumption and without the use of pesticides, we can produce fruit, vegetables and much more.
