Second official meeting of the Crossit Safer project partners

The second official meeting of the CROSSIT SAFER strategic project took place at the premises of Območna obrtno-podjetniška zbornica Ajdovščina ('Regional Chamber of Craft and Small Business Ajdovščina') on 20 June 2019.

The press conference was held at the Slano Blato site above the village of Lokavec from 3 until 5 p.m. After the press conference, there was a lecture about the Slano Blato landslide phenomenon. The last part of the event was a demonstration of the unmanned aircraft used for searching of missing people. The English language was used due to the international nature of the event.

The general objective of the CROSSIT SAFER project is to strengthen the capacities of cross-border institutional cooperation in the field of civil protection and to encourage the development of joint solutions for emergencies.
