FREE SEA TRANSPORT IN SLOVENIAN ISTRIA - CROSSMOBY

On Saturday, June 27, 2020, a free sea transport service in Slovenian Istria for passengers and bicycles started. The service is co-financed by the strategic cross-border CROSSMOBY project, Interreg V-A Italy-Slovenia Programme. The Regional Development Centre Koper is a project partner.

The Zlatoperka boat will be operational at weekends twice a day. The first departure from Ankaran is at 8.00 with stops in Koper and Izola. The boat leaves Piran at 10.05. In the afternoon it departs from Ankaran at 16.00 and from Piran at 18.05. Carriage of bicycles is permitted. No reservations are possible.

Stops for passengers:
- Ankaran, on the pier at the camp in the resort Adria Ankaran
- Koper, outer shore next to the parking lot on Ukmarjev trg
- Izola, on the pier in front of the Marina Hotel
- Piran, port on the pier at the red lighthouse.
