The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)/Protocol of Understanding is to express the common will and interest of the partners of the FORTIS project to continue to cooperate, in the fields of cross-border public transport and vehicle registration/heavy vehicle control, in line with the two pillars of the project and to capitalise on the results of the FORTIS project.
