Within the DIVA project, DIVA HUBs were established in each region of the Interreg V-A Italy - Slovenia 2014-2020 program area.
DIVA HUBs are physical or virtual spaces designed to connect between, art, science, economy and population. Their role is to enable and encourage the exchange of mindsets and ideas between the creative, cultural and entrepreneurial sectors in the cross-border area.
DIVA HUBs rely on the idea of interactions. They envisage the coordination of regional activities intended for small and medium-sized enterprises and cultural - creative industries, in order to promote mutual influence and cooperation.
Creative HUB Veneto and HUB FVG are virtual spaces. They are composed of a group of experts in charge of coordinating activities aimed at users, monitoring the implementation of the DIVA call and encouraging the participation of regional entities in the Call and other DIVA events. HUB Slovenia consists of six units in different locations - ekscenter, Arctur Huture Space, TPLJ Creative factory, GZS creative room, Creative kamRRA, PTP KREApoint - each with its specific orientation.
Each region organized a regional online event where they launched their own DIVA HUB. With this, all DIVA HUBs are officially open.
