ACQUAVITIS webinar: Soil management and monitoring of the water state in the vineyards of the Bassa Friulana

The fourth training and information meeting of the Interreg Italy - Slovenia project "ACQUAVITIS - innovative solutions for the efficient use of water in cross-border viticulture" will take place on the Zoom platform on 18.02.2022 from 10.30 to 12.30, thanks to the organisation of the University of Udine.

At the centre of the webinar, entitled "SOIL MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING OF THE WATER STATE IN THE VINEYARDS OF THE BASSA FRIULANA", there are five technical video presentations that will focus on the analysis of the data and results obtained following two sampling seasons (2020 and 2021) of the soil, rainwater and water extracted from xylem saps as well as on the monitoring and experimentation in the field carried out in the experimental vineyard located in Precenicco, in the Bassa Friulana.

The moderator of the event will be Emiliana Carotenuto, professional editor of “L’Informatore Agrario, Vite & Vino” magazine, who will lead the “Question time” at the end of each presentation. Simultaneous translation into Slovenian and Italian will be provided. All video presentations will be subtitled in Slovene or Italian, so that the contents of the webinar will be available to participants in all areas involved in the project.
