We are very proud that the Acquavitis project will be the subject of the master's thesis for the first time! At the University of Ca'Foscari in Venice, the future M.Sc. Madalena is currently preparing numerous soil samples taken in 6 vineyards in Italy and Slovenia to carry out the analysis of oxygen and hydrogen isotopes in water. In her research, she now uses an induction module connected to a laser absorption spectroscope.
