The Second MerlinCV Interreg project meeting was held on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at the Grand Hotel Union. The meeting was divided into three parts. In the first part, dr. Tilen Glavina (ZRS Koper), who represents the lead partner in the project, gave an overview of the planned project activities and the events already carried out. In discussions with project partner representatives, the timeline of events and activities was thus reviewed and partially adapted. Also, Dr. Gasper Mithans (ZRS Koper) pointed out the importance of expanding the stakeholder network by effectively use of all available communication channels to promote and disseminate project activities and results.
In the second part of the meeting, Ivana Štrkalj (ZRS Koper) presented the status of reporting and the achievement of financial goals. She emphasized the need for timely submission of the required reports on the implementation of project activities and achievement of the set financial goals.
The third part of the meeting was in groups; representatives of project partners split into three tables, bringing together partners from Slovenia and Italy according to the similarity of their activities or the need for more intensive cooperation. In the discussion, the partners resolved the open issues and set out a more detailed work plan for the coming months.
