PONZIANA: FREEING UP THE ENERGY OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Energy Care project, funded as part of the Italy-Slovenia Interreg V-A 2014-2020 Program, inaugurates the PonzianaLAB, a non-residential building previously owned by ATER and up until now in disuse, which once renovated and furnished, will be used as an Infopoint for the project.
PonzianaLAB will be the reference point to inform the inhabitants of the Ponziana neighbourhood about the project and involve them in the activities; it will keep them up-to-date on the changes taking place in the district and, more generally, it will provide them with indications on how to modify their lifestyles in order to limit excessive consumption of resources (water, energy, gas).
The inauguration will take place on Monday 3 September, at 7.00 pm, in via Zorutti 2/1
At 8:30 p.m., following the inauguration ceremony, the documentary “Waste Land" will be shown; this documentary, directed by Lucy Walker, talks about the power of the transformation of art and the possibility of generating beauty even from waste material.
