Under the Interreg V-A Italy-Slovenia Cooperation Programme 2014-2020, the conference "Presentation of project results in the framework of interinstitutional cooperation in the health area" will take place at Univerza na Primorskem, Fakulteta za vede o zdravju, Polje 42, Izola, on October 16 th, 2019.
The conference is organised by programme and project partners of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Cooperation Programme 2014-2020. The purpose of the conference, reserved to healthcare professional audience and decision makers, is to implement the conclusions of the thematic panel "Strengthening the inter-institutional cooperation in health service delivery". The thematic panel took place on June, in Štanjel, on the occasion of the Annual Programme Event, where a joint presentation of the key objectives and the expected and achieved project results in the framework of inter-institutional cooperation in the health area was illustrated.
Project partners of INTEGRA, CrossCare, Memori-net e SALUTE-ZDRAVSTVO will showcase how inter-institutional cooperation and the results achieved in the framework of healthcare and social services can contribute to raise the quality of life of the cross-boders population and beyond.
A round table will be also held at the conference, during which representatives of various governative, non-governative organisations and project partners will present their experiences and their views on issues related to projects.
