On December 9th, 2021, from 10.00 AM to 1.15 PM, the Annual Event of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme will be held, online. The SVRK, Regional Office Štanjel- Slovenian Info Point, in collaboration with the Managing Authority of the Program has organized the event titled "National Minorities in the cross-border area". The objective of the meeting is to highlight the importance of programs that promote innovation, environmental sustainability, improvement of quality of life of citizens in the regions along the Italian-Slovenian border and ensuring a coherent development of the participating cross-border regions.
A short promotional video and the round table, with the participation of representatives of minorities, will present the objectives and results of implemented projects and of those which are still in progress. The effective cooperation of national minorities in the cross-border area and minorities on both sides of the border will be presented.
At the end of the event there will also be the announcement of the winners of the photo contest "FROM THE ALPS TO THE ADRIATIC: A CROSSROADS OF BIODIVERSITY AND CULTURE".
Participation in the event is free of charge and the ZOOM application will be used to conduct the webinar.
Registration is required and must be done by 12:00 noon of December 6th, 2021, through this online form.
