The following articles written by Dr. Liliana vižintin of the Scientific Research Center Koper - Mediterranean Institute of Environmental Studies (ZRS), deal with the impacts of climate change on the ecosystem services of Natura 2000 coastal areas and the development of adaptation plans to mitigate negative effects of these changes on biodiversity in marine-coastal ecosystems.
KRS has also created an online portal to allow the transfer of knowledge to the younger generations.
The target audience are teachers, primary school students in the last three years and secondary school students.
