Pursuant to art. 17 of the Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, the conclusion of the SEA procedure related to the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 is hereby communicated.
The documents - the Environmental Report, the Environmental Statement, the Replies to scoping comments, and the Appropriate Assessment (VINCA) - as revised following the SEA Reasoned Opinions, can be consulted on the official website of the Programme at the following link in the section "SEA Procedure - Final statements - June 2022", as well as filed at the offices of the Managing Authority in Trieste, via del Lavatoio 1.
