Innovation in tourism and heritage is a common point of the following DIVA pilot projects.
The theme of the project "Feeling Venice" by The Merchant of Venice and Arte-Mide is the education of smell and knowledge of intangible processes that are the basis of historical crafts. Through creative practices that support the education of smell, intangible heritage and historical craftsmanship, the project aims to involve citizens and tourists in conscious consumption through meetings and workshops, presentations, exploring the Venice Lagoon, performative evocations and creating a digital archive.
The project “REFOSCOLLECTION” proposes a new way of promoting wine products. The first example of the FVG Refoschi collection will become a living museum of biodiversity, open to visitors and maintained over time; it will become a heritage for the community and part of a cultural and tourist itinerary to be offered to a public who loves slow tourism and the combination of food and wine, history and culture. L'Azienda Agricola Tonutti Dino & Marco and Simularte societa' cooperativa have set themselves this challenge.
Manifattura di Venezia and BRIC are developing, on the "Endless" project, a line of innovative products (products for an ancient ritual, but with a new soul and a new symbolic charge) that can raise the creative and aesthetic quotient of the company. It is an original combination of two apparently distant artistic languages, porcelain and collectable mugs, featuring some of the most famous works of the artists Endless and Mastro.
