On Wednesday 26 May 2021, the first of three information sessions, organized by the Assembly of European Regions (AER), titled "Unboxing the MFF", will be held.
The initiative, which aims to inform regions and territories about the updates and opportunities arising from the new European Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF 2021-2027) and the NextGeneration EU Fund, in this first session will focus on the cohesion policy and rural development funds.
There will be an overview of the 2021-2027 MFF structure, updates on the European Regional Development Funds, Cohesion Funds, Interreg programs, and insights on funding streams within the NextGeneration EU Fund package. At the end of the webinar, participants will be given 40 minutes to address the questions directly to the European Commission Officials.
