The DURASOFT project, co-financed by the Interreg Italia-Slovenia 2014-2020 program, which promotes the sustainable use of indigenous coniferous and marsh cane wood in the mountainous and coastal areas of the northern Adriatic, use of appropriate protection procedures can increase wood resistance to pest attacks and the lifespan of wood also can increase significantly.
