ENGREEN - Presentation of the project at the summer camp of biology students in Jezersko

An important part of the project activities is also raising public awareness, as the long-term goal of maintaining and improving the current state of ponds and dry stone walls can only be achieved in the case of wider social awareness. On Saturday, July 11, 2020, during the research camp Biocamp 009 in Zgornje Jezersko in Slovenia, a collaborator of the project partner »Univerza na Primorskem iz Kopra, Fakultete za matematiko, naravoslovje in informacijske tehnologije« (University of Primorska from Koper, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies) presented the activities on the ENGREEN project to students of biology and related sciences who encounter such topics during their studies. The presentation was followed by networking and an invitation to participate in upcoming events on the project.
