The CROSSMOBY project, Interreg V-A Italy-Slovenia 2014-2020 cooperation programme, launches a new service for passengers during the 2020 summer season.
It’s the circular bus transport service for passengers and cyclists, or rather, the BICI BUS service.
The bus transports are free and will be available on Saturdays and Sundays, for twelve consecutive weekends, on the route from Koper to the Karst. BIKE BUS is a free service for the inhabitants of the cross-border area and for visitors of the area, who will be able to use free bus transports till the 4th of October 2020, on the circular route: Koper (main bus station) - Kozina - Lipica - Divača - Sežana (bus station) - Sežana (municipality) - Štanjel - Sežana (bus station) - Sežana (municipality) - Divača - Kozina - Koper (main bus station).
The bus is equipped with a bike trailer (BIKE BUS), which is also free. The service takes place on weekends from 8 to 11:26 a.m. and from 5 to 8:26 p.m..
The departures are from the main bus station in Koper. Seat reservations are not possible in advance.
