NEW WORKSHOP ON SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE IN SLOVENIA
The project partner of KGZS, Agricultural and Forestry Institute Nova Gorica (PP6) organized workshop within the GREVISLIN project, co-financed by the Interreg Italia-Slovenia 2014-2020 Program, on 2nd July 2020 at 9.00 at the Majcen Farm, Miren 117 a, 5291 Miren for farmers.
The workshop was attended by 21 participants who attended a tour of good practices in fruit growing and a presentation of various technologies of fruit production and plant protection.
The workshop was of an educational nature, with the aim of raising awareness about sustainable agriculture, the relationship between agriculture and nature conservation principles, biodiversity, protection of ecosystems and Natura 2000 sites and sustainable management of natural resources in the GREVISLIN project. One of the highlights of the workshop is the permanently monitoring of the occurrence of harmful organisms, with the aim of planned, minimizing the use of phytopharmaceutical products.
NEW WORKSHOP ON SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE IN ITALY
On July 30, 2020, the Veneto Agricoltura ValleVecchia pilot farm will present ongoing evidence of sustainable agriculture.
The event will take place online, we will be able to see the images from the field and listen to the voices of the experts alternated by sessions in which the participants will be able to speak with them for questions and insights.
The GREVILIN project brings the good practices of sustainable agriculture: teaching, wildlife monitoring and integration of Natura 2000 sites.
