Bluegrass - Workshop: from standards for agriculture and aquaculture to possible solutions for aquaponics

On Thursday 19 September in Palmanova from 10 to 16 the Bluegrass project organized a workshop on the rules that regulate aquaculture and agriculture and then faced a debate on the possible regulatory ways for aquaponics. The dialogue between the experts at the technical table (Andrea Fabris - Italian Fish Farmers Association, Marta Stefani - Agrifood FVG Cluster Agency, Matjaž Guček - Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food - Slovenia, Marco Francese - ShorelineSocCoop, Patricjia Pirnat - KZ Agraria Koper, zoo) and the public has made it possible to better understand the real problems and the possible ways of existing solutions and has also been a source of precious ideas that will become one of the project results for the benefit of all producers and Italian institutions and Slovenian.
