More than 100 participants took part in the Workshop “Financial Management for funded projects” in the framework of the Interreg Italy- Slovenia Programme, which was held on September 17 th, at the premises of Auditorium Comelli, in Udine.
The workshop was introduced by the Regional Minister for Finance, Barbara Zilli, who has recently received the Interreg V-A Italy-Slovenia Programme proxy, highlighting the importance of a cooperation between border countries in order to improve the quality of life of citizens, providing for concrete responses to citizens’ needs in sectors such as mobility and common services.
The Managing Authority then gave the floor to speakers of the Workshop, which was mainly dedicated to partners of funded projects, and during the which the Joint Secretariat presented the financial management system and provided for precise indications and operational suggestions for a correct project expenditure reporting.
Many contact persons of strategic projects, who will take the first steps in the online reporting system, participated in the workshop as well.
Much time was devoted to questions from the audience, at which speakers, and first level controllers participating as audience, replied.
