The annual event of the INTERREG V-A Italy-Slovenia Cooperation Program 2014-2020 took place on 12th June 2019 in Štanjel, Slovenia, entitled "The advantages of interinstitutional cooperation for the cross-border area".
The best practices of optimization and capitalization of results in the MED, the European transactional cooperation program that promotes sustainable growth in the Mediterranean area, were presented to the participants.
The Italian Union, Lead Partner of PRIMIS, ATS Projekt and Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia participated in a discussion table on interinstitutional cooperation and the integrated approach to sustainable management of cultural and natural heritage. It was an opportunity to present the PRIMIS project to the participants emphasizing the relevance of the link between minorities and tourism as well as an excellent opportunity for discussion on the issues we are dealing with.
