V četrtek, 19. septembra, je v Palmanovi od 10. do 16. projekta Bluegrass organizirala delavnico o pravilih, ki urejajo ribogojstvo in kmetijstvo, nato pa se soočila z razpravo o možnih regulativnih poteh akvaponike.

On Thursday 19 September in Palmanova from 10 to 16 the Bluegrass project organized a workshop on the rules that regulate aquaculture and agriculture and then faced a debate on the possible regulatory ways for aquaponics.

Giovedì 19 settembre a Palmanova dalle 10 alle 16 il progetto Bluegrass ha organizzato un workshop sulle norme che regolano l'acquacoltura e l'agricoltura per poi affrontare un dibattito sulle possibili vie normative per l'acquaponica.

»Showcooking« in »blind test« v Sloveniji: 30. in 31. avgusta smo na prodajnih mestih KZ Agraria organizirali pokušino pridelkov iz akvaponike, pri kateri je sodeloval tudi chef Darko Klemen iz oddaje Masterchef Slovenija. Konec oktobra je potekalo tudi »slepo testiranje« solat, pridelanih na tradicionalni način in v akvaponiki - test je pokazal, da potrošniki med pridelokoma ne zaznajo razlik. Potrošnikom smo povedali, da obstaja možnost pridelave hrane brez korenin prek akvaponike.
